Fire Department


We are fortunate to have a fire station within the community. The fire department consists of 23 trained volunteer firemen and women equipped with fire and emergency response vehicles. The fire department sponsors special events annually like the Randy Breuer Open Golf Tournament, which is scheduled for the fourth weekend in July at the Zumbro Falls Golf Course. Fire Prevention Week / Halloween Trick or Treat Safety is an event that has a combined emphasis on safety. On Halloween the firemen serve hot dogs and chips and hand out candy to the trick or treaters! Anyone interested in joining the fire department may contact any department member for information, volunteers always welcome.
